An all-levels yoga class focusing on reducing prolapse and relieving bladder issues with Dr. Shona S. Craig, PT, DPT, WCS, CLT, RYT-500 - a board certified women's health clinical specialist. 30 minute therapeutic flow with anatomy, breathing, self care, and savasana/meditation. Perfect for if you are struggling with prolapse, urinary incontinence/urgency/frequency, post-partum, or just want to keep your pelvic organs healthy. You will have access to this class for 3 months.
